We kicked off our summer with a trip up to my sisters. It is hard to believe that we have 7 kids between the two of us. We had a fantastic week in the low country... and we are grateful that we are still close enough to drive. There is so much to do up there as a family... I don't think my stomach has recovered from all the laughing we did that night out on the boat on "Big Mable."
While there, we got Ayden baptized. She loved the attention and it was very meaningful having her godparents (my sister and brother in law) a part of the ceremony and celebration. Ayden is very lucky to have them as role models.
We have a few other short trips planned this summer. It is nice having our own schedule and endless play time. I cherish these moments.

Kiddos are as gorgeous as ever! Your time with sister sounds like pure happy chaos, it brings to mind a t-shirt a friend of mine wore on our vacation where it was 7 kids and six adults: "Who are all these children and why are they calling me mom?"
It's so nice to be able to see my friend and her beautiful family grow while I am away. Miss you guys more than you can ever imagine. Thank you for taking the time to update your site so I can sit back with my wine...in some far off country and feel right at home. I love you!
