We started off our adventures with six amazing trips to Russia adopting three children from various regions. We settled into our active life in South Florida experiencing a lot of "firsts" with each of them. In 2011, we embarked on a new adventure as a family moving around the world to Shanghai, China! We lived there for three years and in 2014, we repatriated to New England. After three long winters, in 2018, we returned to South Florida where our adventures continue...
Can't believe it has been already 5 years. I can remember us counting down the weekends till you could go get her. Paul and I desperately tried to fill your days. Paul even remembers the party at the Frasca's when you came home and the stinky diapers. Remember Paul gave Chris the nose plugs...hahaha. We friggen love you guys sooooo much. Nice to be able to look at your blog when we get free wifi. Sitting here anchored off Bora Bora hotel and lovin it. Chris, you said you were going to bring the family out here and visit us....we are waiting :). Okay, maybe it will be in New Zealand. Gatta go back to my wine. Love you,
Hey, Carey Family! was just on to catch up, and congrats on your 5 year anniversary with jordan! that is awesome. And, I am sure, hard to believe. As I look at your children, I am inspired and hopeful that we will have luck in our own adoption journey.. I hope you guys ate some really yummy icecream (kids) and drank some great wine (parents!) to celebrate! Amy
