We finally got some great weather!!! The Carey Crew is back at the beach (not that the cooler weather ever stopped us.) Today we are celebrating Garrett's 4th "Gotcha Day." It is more of a day for Chris and I to remember our Garrett adventure and to appreciate how truly lucky we are that he came into our life. Our tradition is to just have a "special" day as a family. Garrett choice took us beach bound. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't appreciate my life and children one way or another.... but today, I look into those brown eyes of my son and think... where would I be without you. Happy "gotcha day" Garrett!!! We love you!

Wow, I remember your journey to him and how differently it ended up from how you started. So neat when life hands you those twists!!
