Halloween has always been a huge hit in our house... This is by far Garrett’s most favorite holiday. We are happy that we live in a community in Shanghai, where we are able to go door to door trick or treating. After tasting the Chinese cardboard version of candy, we stock piled this summer and brought it back with us. I did the Halloween Santa switch and the kids were so excited to have brands that they knew and loved. (The things we have to remember when home during the summer - we also brought back Christmas lights and Easter Eggs)
Garrett loves to dress up in something "dark"... Ayden this year had a choice of a few outfits to wear but went with comfort and color with her groovy girl ensemble. Jordan did a class costume with her entire 5th grade and they all went as Minions from the movie Despicable Me.
I love this time of year... and I am grateful that I have my kids to make me feel young at heart!!
