The Magic of Halloween...

Halloween is Garrett's favorite holiday. He LOVES the decorations and the spooky appeal. Halloween officially begins when Rupert (one of our coveted decorations) makes his magical appearance. Jordan was not sure she was going to dress up this year. I was pretty surprised. I am not ready for her to get old enough where dressing up becomes "uncool." Garrett had his costume picked out since last Halloween. He never waivered. Ayden had so many ideas and thankfully got to wear most of her costumes with each party she attended. Saving her Cinderella costume for the big finale. We are officially in candy coma!

"Gotcha" Day - Ayden and Jordan!

There is a special day that the Carey sisters share... It is not a day that they may remember for the rest of their lives, but to Chris and I, that day is one that we will hold onto tightly. We cherish the amazing memories and vividly remember our feelings upon first meeting our girls and knowing that they will forever be a part of our lives....

Ayden turns 4!!

Ayden Celebrated her 4th birthday today. Where does the time go?? Really! A a part of me loves seeing her gain confidence and independence, yet with each new adventure she grows a little more and I am not at all ready to see her wings. I am not sure if I am sad to see the little girl grow up or terrified of her growing up to fast.

She is adventurous in the water and aggressive on the fields yet will make sure that her nails and hair are perfect before doing either one. I just couldn't imagine my life without her.... and feel blessed that she has brought such a girly dimension to our home.
