May Update 2022

Jordan rocking her ROTC Airfare uniform.

While attending FAU and driving to Miami University three days a week at 4am, Jordan has decided to switch gears and take her ROTC passion to the next level. Stand by for details.

Nice calm day out on the ocean. Taking a break from fishing to get some reading in. Ayden is usually our driver. She is hoping to get her captains license.

April Fun with Family! Celebrating Grams Birthday! April 2022

Shamrock shake delivery!! I use to pick the kids up at school and we would get our shamrock shakes for St. Patricks day. This is the first year that everyone was spread out and we had to do some shamrock deliveries at work. One year we went to five different McDonalds because they were all sold out.

 

We also used spring break to celebrate Gram’s birthday with a girls weekend kicked off by shopping and then high tea the next day.

We were lucky to have all of the grand daughters here to celebrate!

 

Even Aunt Gail, Ann’s sister joined in on the surprise. It was a lot of fun getting dressed up.

We had to put your best manners into action! I had no idea there were so many variations of tea.  The China was beautifully done.

Aunt Gail was incredibly helpful in organizing as usual. She is the true entertainer.

 

Althea, my niece from Utah (Ben, Chris’s middle brothers daughter from Utah) had the pinky down!

 

Ayden, my youngest and always game child who keeps us in line with current fashion and style.

She helped both Jordan and I with our hair and make up.

 

Really fun afternoon with a group of my favorite people… celebrating someone very very special to me.

The only thing missing were the hats.

March Update.... 2022

I swear my sisters dog is part human… and part model. Scout loves the beach!!!

 

Date night out with my best friend… Love sharing my life with you!

Our St. Patricks day tradition of shamrock shakes… missing Garrett but yes we have one waiting for him in the freezer for when he gets home from school. We surprised Jordan at work.

I work with a fantastic group of people. We try to wrap up the week with Flamingo Friday crazy. My partner in crime here is moving and we celebrated her next adventures.

Katie… will miss you!

Not going to lie… I spend so much time trying to get my kids to get off their phones and to ENGAGE… only to get sucked in myself. Have to admit, I mostly watch cooking and dog videos, but this week Ayden and I tried to make our own pickles. Will try them out in six weeks when they are done and report back.

   

Got to spend spring break with Shaq… Ayden’s friend from school.

And yes… turtles can be fun!
