Feels like we survived another successful winter and we are finding more outdoor activities to enjoy with the thaw. Bella keeps us outside with her love of walks and playing fetch. It is hard to believe life without her. She brings so much love and activity into our family…
Crane’s Beach, Ipswich MA
Boxford MA - Boundary Trail
Ayden’s dog walking business — works!
We are so fortunate to live a drivable distance to the mountains… It seems like we had the mountain to ourselves this particular day. No lift lines and plenty of sun.
Attitash Mountain, NH
Our standard Peanut Butter Fluff sandwiches that we always seem to crave in the mountains…
The view from the top of Attitash… looking out on my favorite Presidential climb… Mt. Washington!
I think I may have to get Bella a Goodreads account with all the books she is listening to. Nothing like being cozy shack with an awesome human and a good book.
Our latest after school activity is trail exploration… It is a good thing that Bella has such a good sense of smell as we have had some wrong turns and unfortunately long hikes due to my lack of direction.
She has always gotten us home…
The last day of Crane’s beach dog park fun, until the beach is closed to dogs. We took advantage of it and scored a beautiful warm day for March!
I couldn’t help posting… much like my list making father, Ayden has followed in his footsteps in creating her own lists. I spotted this one in the kitchen. Apparently, keeping track of Bella’s bodily happenings.
St. Patricks Day… breakfast hit again by the leprechauns.
And of course we HAD to hit McDonalds for their Shamrock Shakes!
Jordan picked her favorite book to read to Ayden’s 3rd grade class… she was their mystery reader this month and did a fantastic job!!!
Apparently, snow storms in spring are not uncommon here. This one lasted only a day but was enough to give the kids one last snow day!
The trails were just as easy to navigate in the snow… however on this hike, Ayden lost her Patriots hat.
Two weeks later, while hiking the same trail, someone found it and saved it for us on a trail marker!
Happy March!
